Lead the endtoend proposal development process for renewable energy tenders including RFIs, RFPs, EOIs, ITTs, and other bid formats.
Review tender documentation, identify key requirements, risks, and deliverables, and define the bid response strategy in collaboration with Sales/Technical leads.
Prepare customized technocommercial proposals using internal technical libraries, templates, and past submissions.
Develop highquality proposal content including project methodology, scope of work, execution approach, deliverables, timelines, staffing plans, cost elements, etc.
Coordinate and consolidate inputs from engineering, financial, legal, HSE, and leadership teams to finalize proposal submissions.
Maintain full control over the proposal schedule, ensuring timely delivery of drafts, reviews, and final submission.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work crossfunctionally with technical subject matter experts, pricing teams, sales, and global teams to gather accurate and complete proposal inputs.
Facilitate meetings including kick-offs, debriefs, and review sessions to ensure alignment and quality.
Communicate proposal risks, gaps, and dependencies proactively to leadership.
Quality, Compliance & Documentation
Ensure proposals comply with customer requirements, technical specifications, and internal quality standards.
Maintain consistency in branding, formatting, and messaging across all deliverables.
Manage and update proposal-related databases, templates, case studies, and credential libraries for renewable energy offerings.
Support continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, and content to enhance win rates and efficiency.
Market & Sector Understanding
Stay updated with global market trends in renewable energy, particularly Solar PV, Wind and BESS technologies, EPC models, and regulatory landscapes.
Possess a strong understanding of project lifecycles across CAPEX & OPEX stages for renewable energy assets.
