Locations: Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Chandigarh.
Duration of contract:15 months(to be extended asrequired)
Role purpose:Support rooftop solar implementation by managing beneficiary/vendor coordination,maintainingaccurateMIS, tracking applications through approvals to commissioning, and supporting DISCOM execution and reporting.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate with beneficiaries andempanelledvendors to progress applications, schedule site activities, and resolve day-to-day issues.
Maintain MIS and trackers (pipeline stages, pendency reasons, turnaround times, vendor performance, grievances) with strong data discipline.
Follow up with DISCOM teams for feasibility, inspection, commissioning documentation, and net-metering steps track to closure.
Prepare weekly/monthly status notes and inputs for dashboards and reports flag bottlenecks and proposed actions.
Support field verifications/site visits whenrequired ensure documentation completeness and basic quality checks.
Supporttrainings/meetings: agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
Minimum experience:5 years in RE/power sector implementation hands-on experience with beneficiary/vendor workflows and MIS strong project management and coordination skills.
Education (preferred):Bachelor'sandMaster'sin Engineering/Science/Managementor related discipline renewable energy exposure preferred.
Core skills:Coordination and follow-up, MIS/reporting (Excel), clear communication, documentation, comfort working with utility/field teams.
