What Youll Do
- Identify and approach non-residential clients for solar and EV solutions.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and client meetings to close sales.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and suggest suitable systems.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Work closely with technical and project teams for smooth execution.
- Stay updated on renewable energy trends and market developments.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelors/Diploma in EEE, EV, Renewables, or related fields (preferred).
- Experience: 1+ year in Sales / Field Sales (Solar, EV, or technical products preferred).
- Languages: Fluent in English, Kannada & Hindi.
- Skills: Communication, negotiation, and customer handling.
- Other: Own vehicle + valid driving license; willingness to travel.
