Remote Site - Principal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement architectural designs for various projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project requirements and objectives.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and progress.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience as an architect, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
