Role Description

This is a fully remote role for a SALES Specialist . The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and finally closing sales. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for generating leads, cold calling help candidates to enroll for courses and finally closing the sales process till payment!

The SALES expert have to closely work with generated leads, call on Mobile numbers.

THIS IS A HIGHLY COMPTETIVE WORK, the ideal candidate must have exceptional ability to remember details, maintain logs and very good in Closing the SALES.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and executing new strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the training and certification industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cold calling,
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is a huge plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field etc

The Candidate must have:-

  • very good written and Verbal communication skills
  • Ability to generate leads on whatsApp, telegram, facebook, quora and LinkedIn etc
  • Ability to persuasively make sales of Scrum courses and SAFe certifications.
  • Very active on all all social media site with a quick to respond ability to queries.
  • ability to do effective promotions to create leads and generate sales
  • Very good with communication and cold calling

Work involved:

  • Lead generation from All social platforms and and maintain logs of communication
  • Running Email campaign for clients
  • Cold calling and making professional repo with clients to understand their training need and suggesting the relevant trainings, closing sales till payment process.
  • Convening customers and doing follow-up to increase sales
  • Making and following calling calendar
