This is a full-time remote position for a Remote Recruiter. The Remote Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and matching candidates with job opportunities across various industries. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, developing job descriptions, coordinating with hiring managers to understand their needs, and managing the hiring lifecycle. The role may also involve maintaining candidate pipelines, tracking recruitment metrics, and building positive relationships with clients and candidates.

• Strong recruiting and sourcing skills, including proficiency in talent acquisition platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and candidates
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines effectively
• Knowledge of industries such as Automotive, Electronics, IT, and related sectors is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with self-discipline and time-management skills
• Experience with developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
