BGR is hiring Remote Freelance Headhunters for projectwise engagement on senior management and leadership assignments.

Sectors: Manufacturing, Consumer, Infrastructure, Finance, Emerging Technology.

Location: Anywhere in India, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Europe, USA, Canada, Egypt, and Africa fully remote.

What you'll do:

  • Own endtoend headhunting on senior roles (no junior/volume hiring).
  • Implement PRECISION12 religiously research, mapping, outreach, deep interviews, sharp reporting.
  • Hunt passive talent from target companies and manage them till closure.
  • Operate as a trusted advisor with clients and candidates, not a transactional recruiter.

Who should apply:

  • 5+ years in executive search / senior management recruitment, ideally with retained or exclusive mandates.
  • Strong exposure to at least one of: Manufacturing, Consumer, Infrastructure, Finance, Emerging Tech.
  • Proven experience running the full executive search cycle endtoend research, market intelligence, market mapping, longlisting, targeted outreach, deep screening, structured reporting, and tight coordination till closure.
  • Comfortable working independently, remotely, and being judged on outcomes, not effort.

Engagement & Compensation:

  • Fully remote, freelance, projectwise.
  • Guaranteed fixed amount per assignment + handsome success fees on closures.
