Role- Remote Desktop Support

Description

We are seeking an experienced Remote Desktop Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring a seamless and efficient resolution of issues.

Responsibilities

  • Desktop Support, Windows 10, 11 troubleshooting experience
  • Good-to-Have Windows Virtual Desktop, Basic Azure, and scripting
  • Provide technical support to end-users via remote desktop tools and communication channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on client systems.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Document all support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software installations.
  • Educate users on best practices for IT security and system usage.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in remote desktop support or a related technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Proficiency in remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar applications.
  • Experience with Active Directory and user account management.
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
