Job Type: Remote | Work From Home | Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Role OverviewWe are hiring Customer Support Executives to work with a US-based travel client. This role involves managing customer queries and support requests related to airline bookings, hotel reservations, cruise services, and travel-related backend operations through both voice and non-voice channels.
Work TimingsCandidates must be available to work between 6:00 PM IST and 6:00 AM IST, aligned with US business hours (flexibility within this window is expected).
Compensation- Voice Process: 300 per hour
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer interactions via calls, emails, chats, or booking platforms
- Assist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries
- Handle backend travel operations and booking-related support
- Use the Sabre reservation system for all booking and servicing tasks
- Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation of transactions
- Follow defined processes and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Communicate with customers in a clear, professional, and courteous manner
- Escalate complex issues as per the defined guidelines
Mandatory Requirements- Hands-on experience with the Sabre tool is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Prior experience in travel-related support roles such as:
- Airline bookings
- Hotel reservations
- Cruise operations
- Travel support services
- Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM 6 AM IST)
- Must own a Windows 11 laptop
- Access to a stable, high-speed internet connection
- Dedicated and professional work-from-home setup
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting US-based customers
- Familiarity with US travel policies, fare rules, and ticketing processes
- Background in BPO or travel operations
- Dual monitor setup (preferred)
