Job Description

Job Type: Remote | Work From Home | Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to work with a US-based travel client. This role involves managing customer queries and support requests related to airline bookings, hotel reservations, cruise services, and travel-related backend operations through both voice and non-voice channels.

Work Timings

Candidates must be available to work between 6:00 PM IST and 6:00 AM IST, aligned with US business hours (flexibility within this window is expected).

Compensation
  • Voice Process: 300 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions via calls, emails, chats, or booking platforms
  • Assist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries
  • Handle backend travel operations and booking-related support
  • Use the Sabre reservation system for all booking and servicing tasks
  • Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation of transactions
  • Follow defined processes and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Communicate with customers in a clear, professional, and courteous manner
  • Escalate complex issues as per the defined guidelines

Mandatory Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with the Sabre tool is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Prior experience in travel-related support roles such as:
  • Airline bookings
  • Hotel reservations
  • Cruise operations
  • Travel support services
  • Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM 6 AM IST)
  • Must own a Windows 11 laptop
  • Access to a stable, high-speed internet connection
  • Dedicated and professional work-from-home setup

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting US-based customers
  • Familiarity with US travel policies, fare rules, and ticketing processes
  • Background in BPO or travel operations
  • Dual monitor setup (preferred)
