Job Description

InterShore Talent works with US companies and startups hiring remote professionals in India. We're actively building our talent network for SDR roles so when a client requirement comes in, we can connect the right people immediately.

We're looking for energetic self-starters with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. Professionals who can discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
  • Prospect and run outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria
  • Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • Craft personalised outreach sequences across multiple channels

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years in a sales, business development, or lead generation role
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Outreach is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client-facing communication is essential
  • Comfortable working US time zones (EST or PST overlap preferred)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with rejection

CTC: 12L+
