- Schedule qualified meetings for the onshore sales team
- Ensure all meeting details and context are properly documented in the CRM
CRM Management
- Update lead status and interaction notes
- Track call outcomes and appointment bookings
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity
Follow-ups
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to warm leads
- Re-engage inactive prospects
RequirementsExperience
- 13 years experience in outbound sales, tele-calling, or lead generation
- Experience with B2B appointment setting preferred
Skills
- Strong phone communication skills
- Confidence in making high-volume outbound calls
- Ability to qualify prospects quickly
- Organized and detail-oriented
