Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Outreach
  • Contact potential business leads from the CRM through phone calls and emails
  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce Passion Farms and its products
  • Follow up with leads who have previously shown interest
Lead Qualification
  • Understand the potential client's business and requirements
  • Ask qualifying questions to determine fit
  • Identify decision-makers within organizations
Appointment Setting
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the onshore sales team
  • Ensure all meeting details and context are properly documented in the CRM
CRM Management
  • Update lead status and interaction notes
  • Track call outcomes and appointment bookings
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity
Follow-ups
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to warm leads
  • Re-engage inactive prospects
RequirementsExperience
  • 13 years experience in outbound sales, tele-calling, or lead generation
  • Experience with B2B appointment setting preferred
Skills
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Confidence in making high-volume outbound calls
  • Ability to qualify prospects quickly
  • Organized and detail-oriented
Tools
  • CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
