POSITION: Reltio Lead/Architect
LOCATION: Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/ Noida/Remote with quarterly visit

We are looking for a hands-on Reltio MDM Lead who can drive the design, configuration, and implementation of Reltio-based Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Reltio, strong data management fundamentals, and the ability to lead by examplecontributing directly to solution design, configuration, and integration while guiding a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Reltio MDM solutionsfrom requirement gathering to deployment.
- Design and configure Reltio data models, entity relationships, match/merge rules, and survivorship logic.
- Build and maintain Reltio integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Reltio Integration Hub, and ETL tools.
- Collaborate closely with business, data governance, and architecture teams to define and implement MDM strategies.
- Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting in Reltio environments.
- Develop data quality and enrichment rules, ensuring the creation of trusted master records.
- Support environment setup, release management, and performance tuning.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Reltio developers and data engineers.
- Partner with stakeholders to establish best practices, standards, and reusable frameworks for Reltio implementation.
- Experience with Various domains Finance, Healthcare, Life sciences but not limited to,
- Familiar with presales activities by providing estimation and outlining of the solutions needed to implement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 812 years overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in Reltio MDM
- Strong hands-on experience in Reltio MDM (data modelling, configuration, workflows, match/merge, survivorship).
- Proficiency with Reltio APIs, Integration Hub, and integration patterns.
- Good understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Working knowledge of integration tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend, etc.).
- Familiarity with JSON, RESTful APIs, and scripting languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Reltio Certification (Developer, Expert, or Architect).
- Overall experience of 815 years with at least 46 years in Reltio MDM
- Experience in Agile project environments.
- Exposure to metadata management and data governance tools.
- Knowledge of Data Lake / Data Warehouse integration.
- Experience in other MDM technologies such as Informatica, IBM
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
