Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role of a Relationship Manager based in Baran. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting customers with their housing finance requirements, preparing loan applications, and providing ongoing support to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role involves client interaction, documentation management, financial assessments, and identifying opportunities to develop stronger customer engagement and business growth. The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Customer relationship management and communication skills to build and maintain trust with clients
- Experience in assessing financial needs and preparing loan applications
- Proficiency in documentation, organization, and record-keeping
- Knowledge of financial services and housing finance is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in local languages will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Prior experience in a housing finance or related financial domain will be beneficial
