Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Baran. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring seamless customer service delivery. Key responsibilities include evaluating loan applications, assisting customers in the loan process, and promoting the company's housing finance solutions. The role will also involve addressing customer inquiries, managing collections efficiently, and supporting clients to achieve their financial goals with Vastu's credit offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills
  • Familiarity with loan processing, financial analysis, and credit evaluation
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Knowledge of housing finance products, especially for underserved markets, is a plus
  • Experience using technology platforms for efficient service delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields; MBA preferred
