Release Manager

• BE in Computer engineering or equivalent
• Comprehensive knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Excellent knowledge of Linux operating system and its distributions (Ubuntu)
• Experience in managing packages in Linux (DPKG, Snap)
• Experience in Docker containers, orchestration and Docker Content Trust
• Experience in Code signing of binaries, Debian packages.
• Prior experience in Build and Release management
• Knowledge and prior work experience with Open Source Software development and releases

Primary Expectations:

• Own the ABB Ability EDGE releases and co - ordinate amongst various teams to make the Ability EDGE releases
• Own and maintain the Ability EDGE Release notes
• Own the release package code signing and deliver signed packages.
• Work with Program management and various teams to proactively identify and resolve
• release dependencies to ensure adherence to release timelines.
• Well versed with Open Source software development, Azure DevOps and Security Development life cycle
