About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Release Manager with a strong background in software development to lead our release management process from planning through deployment. The ideal candidate will combine a developer's technical depth with a release manager's coordination, communication, and operational excellence to ensure smooth, reliable, and timely software deliveries.

This role is critical in bridging the gap between development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure our releases are predictable, well-documented, and high quality.

Qualifications

8 - 12 years of experience

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in software development (hands-on coding background).
• 3+ years of experience in release management
• Experience with build and release tools
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
