Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with gold loan inquiries and explain product features, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Guide customers through the loan application and KYC process.
- Provide doorstep services such as documentation collection and gold evaluation coordination.
- Support the Relationship Manager in completing loan files and ensuring all documents are verified.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval, disbursement, and verification.
- Assist in coordination for gold pickup, storage, and secure transportation as per Rupeeks standard operating procedures.
- Visit customer locations when required for loan-related services.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Minimum: Any graduate (BBA/MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/regional language).
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry, mobile apps).
- Customer-facing attitude and confidence in field operations.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
