Job Description

Role: Relationship Specialist

Mutual Funds AssetPlus is an end-to-end platform for financial advisors and investors to scale businesses/manage investments digitally. The mutual fund industry in India has experienced significant growth in recent years, presenting a lucrative opportunity for professionals looking to make an impact in the financial services sector.

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be the face of the AssetPlus brand, driving partner engagement, activation, and long-term relationship success

What Will You Do

• Be the primary point of contact and Client Relationship Specialist for AssetPlus

• Conduct discovery calls to understand partner requirements and identify ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) categories

• Deliver platform demos and drive conversions from leads to activated partners

• Guide partners seamlessly through the onboarding and activation journey

• Drive partner onboarding and activation targets consistently

• Engage with partners to help them effectively leverage the AssetPlus platform and its benefits

• Build and nurture long-term, value-based relationships aligned with partners business goals

• Provide consultative support to help partners scale their wealth management business

• Drive partner engagement through both online and offline initiatives (calls, meetings, webinars, events, etc.)

• Monitor partner performance and proactively work toward increasing activation and productivity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead-to-activation ownership: manage the journey from demo to active partner

• Ensure high-quality partner experience and seamless onboarding

• Track activation metrics and drive consistent business growth

• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure sustained engagement and usage of the platform

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner queries efficiently

Suitable Candidate Profile

• Sales and Relationship Management experience

• Ability to conduct effective discovery conversations and product demonstrations

• Target-driven with a strong conversion mindset

• Excellent communication skills (spoken proficiency in Hindi is mandatory)

• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
