KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK – ON-ROLL HIRING
Position: Relationship Officer / Sales Officer
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Loan Sales
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year experience in selling loans
- Experience in Secured / Unsecured Loans
- Experience in Business Loan / LAP / Home Loan preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customers for loan products
- Sell Business Loan, LAP & Home Loan
- Handle customer queries and guide them through the loan process
- Coordinate with Credit & Operations teams
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: 2.2 LPA – 3.5 LPA
