Hiring: Relationship Officer – Housing Loan

Experience: 1+ year in Housing Loan / Mortgage / Secured Loan
Qualification: Graduation mandatory
Age: Up to 30 years
CTC: Up to 25,000/month + Fuel Allowance + Mediclaim + Term Insurance
Key Responsibilities
- Source Housing Loans / Affordable Housing Loans through direct market sourcing and DST.
- Generate leads through field visits and acquire quality customers.
- Handle loan documentation, application processing, and customer follow-ups.
- Monitor loan portfolio and conduct regular customer/market visits.
- Ensure compliance with policies and maintain accurate records.
- Build strong customer relationships and support timely loan disbursement.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Housing Loan / Mortgage / Secured Lending.
- Affordable Housing Loan experience is mandatory.
- Strong exposure to DST and direct market sourcing.
- Good understanding of Housing Loan products, documentation, and sourcing processes.
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Proper Relieving Letter required.
- CIBIL score should be 700 or below.
