Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through field sales and lead generation.
- Promote and sell bank liability products such as Savings Accounts (SA), Current Accounts (CA), Fixed Deposits (FD), and Recurring Deposits (RD).
- Cross-sell insurance, mutual funds, FASTag, and other banking products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups.
- Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance with bank policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
