Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer – Secured Loan, located in Rajnandgaon. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and managing strong business relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting secured loan products. Daily tasks include consulting with potential and existing customers, providing financial solutions tailored to their needs, managing the loan application process, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role involves active engagement in achieving sales targets through effective communication and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understanding of Finance principles and secured loan products
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with prospective and existing customers
  • Customer Service skills and a commitment to providing high-quality support to clients
  • Sales expertise and ability to meet or exceed targets in a dynamic environment
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Work experience in financial services, sales, or customer handling roles is an advantage
  • Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences is a plus
