Key Responsibilities

• Support customer acquisition and sales activities.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and direct sourcing.
• Assist customers with documentation and application processing.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely processing and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned sales and sourcing targets.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant BFSI sales experience.
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Housing Finance preferred.
• Strong sales, business development, and customer acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
