Relationship Officer – LAP / MSME

Job Description

Worklance Connect is hiring experienced Relationship Officers for Small Finance Bank's Loan Against Property (LAP) and secured MSME lending division.

Locations: Mumbai, Borivali, Mira Road, Thane, Vashi, Sanpada, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Bhopal and Ujjain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source customers for LAP and secured MSME loans.
• Generate business through direct market sourcing and customer visits.
• Develop relationships with self-employed individuals, business owners and MSME customers.
• Handle loan documentation, customer verification and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approvals and disbursements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain quality customer relationships.

Eligibility:

• Graduation mandatory (any stream).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant LAP / secured MSME Loan experience.
• Affordable LAP / Affordable MSME product exposure mandatory.
• Direct field sourcing (DST) experience required.
• Knowledge of mortgage lending and loan documentation.
• Valid experience and relieving letters required.
• Freshers and candidates with only Personal Loan, Credit Card or Unsecured Loan experience are not eligible.
