Hiring: Relationship Officer – MSME/LAP

Grade: Executive / Sr. Executive / AM-I
Experience: 1+ year in MSME / LAP / Business Loans
Qualification: Graduation mandatory
Age: Up to 30 years
CTC: Up to 25,000/month + Fuel Allowance + Mediclaim + Term Insurance
Key Responsibilities
- Source MSME / LAP / Secured Business Loans through direct market sourcing and DST.
- Generate quality leads and acquire new customers.
- Handle customer documentation, loan processing, and follow-ups.
- Conduct market visits and loan utilization/portfolio monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper records.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in MSME / LAP / Secured Business Loans.
- Experience in Affordable MSME / Affordable LAP is mandatory.
- Strong exposure to direct market sourcing / DST.
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Proper Relieving Letter from previous/current organization required.
- CIBIL score should be 700 or below.
