Job Summary**
Responsible for sourcing and managing loan against property (LAP) clients within the LB Nagar region, ensuring strong customer relationships and portfolio growth.
Job Responsibilities**
- Identify and acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) products through various channels including direct sales, DSA (Direct Selling Agent) networks, and builder tie-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and financial analysis of loan applications, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and present loan proposals to credit committees, providing justifications for approvals or rejections.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and initiate appropriate recovery actions when necessary.
- Cross-sell other banking products and services to LAP customers.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the LAP segment.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the branch/region.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services with exposure to LAP or secured lending.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of credit appraisal processes and financial statements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in local language (Telugu/Hindi) is essential.
- Knowledge of the LB Nagar market and customer base is highly desirable.
