Jerucap is seeking a full-time Relationship Officer to join our team at our Thrissur office. This on-site role involves building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and partners, understanding customer financial needs, and providing tailored loan and financial solutions. The Relationship Officer will actively generate leads, assist in securing competitive financing options, and ensure a smooth process from application to approval, all while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering trust.

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Sales to establish and maintain client and partner relationships.
• Proficiency in Finance and understanding of loan processes, products, and financial institutions.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively convey information and handle client inquiries.
• Proven ability in Sales to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals successfully.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Motivation to work in an on-site environment and effectively collaborate with team members.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related fields is preferred.
