Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer, based in Rajahmundry. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs, and promoting IndoStar's products and services. Daily responsibilities also include customer service, supporting sales efforts to achieve targets, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and transparency in all customer interactions. The Relationship Officer will collaborate with the local branch and regional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Relationship Management and ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers.
- Knowledge and experience in Finance and Sales, with a focus on meeting targets and understanding financial products.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client inquiries and provide excellent customer experiences.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Understanding of local markets and customer needs in Tier 2 to Tier 4 settings is a plus.
