Role Objective:
To drive Home Loan (HL) business by sourcing new customers, maintaining strong client
relationships, and achieving monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Source new Home Loan customers through field sales, referrals,
builders, brokers, connectors, and DSAs. Achieve monthly targets.
2. Customer Relationship: Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. Cross-sell
insurance and LAP products.
3. Loan Processing: Collect and verify documents, coordinate with credit and operations for
approval and disbursement.
4. Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio quality, ensure compliance and maintain MIS reports.
Key Skills Required:
Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP sales, strong communication, negotiation, relationship management,
and documentation knowledge.
Eligibility:
Minimum 1 year experience in HL or LAP. Field sales experience mandatory. Local market
knowledge preferred. Two-wheeler required.
