Role Description

The Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site position located in Kakori. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, assisting clients in understanding home loan products, providing guidance on credit solutions, and ensuring a seamless process for applications and disbursements. The role also involves identifying potential customers, fostering trust and long-term relationships, and contributing to the company's mission of making housing accessible for all.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Knowledge of lending practices, credit evaluation, and home loan processes.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in sales and relationship management, with the ability to identify and convert potential leads.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently.
• Prior experience in banking, finance, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of basic office tools are essential.
