Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Coimbatore. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with school partners, franchisees, parents, and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Zee Learn's educational philosophy and standards. Responsibilities include onboarding and supporting franchise partners, conducting regular visits and reviews, and providing guidance on academic, operational, and marketing initiatives. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for curriculum support, training, and events, as well as tracking center performance and assisting partners in improving enrollment and service quality. The Relationship Manager will handle queries and concerns promptly, prepare reports and dashboards, and represent Zee Learn professionally at meetings, workshops, and local outreach activities.
Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management, stakeholder management, and customer service skills to support and guide franchisees, school partners, and parents.
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation, with the ability to explain academic, operational, and commercial aspects clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience in business development, client retention, and basic sales or revenue-focused activities in education, franchising, or a related service sector.
  • Organizational, planning, and reporting skills, including the ability to track performance metrics, prepare documentation, and manage multiple centers or accounts.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools (MS Office, CRM or tracking systems, online communication platforms) and willingness to learn internal systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in K–12, pre-school, or education services is preferred, along with familiarity with franchise or multi-site operations.
  • Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, travel within the region as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
