Job Responsibilities:
• Develop sourcing channels to generate Gold Loan leads.
• Drive business development through tie-ups with Dealers, DSAs, Brokers, and other referral partners.
• Work closely with branch teams to achieve Gold Loan business targets.
• Ensure profitability and growth by delivering business objectives.
• Plan and execute sales promotion activities as per bank guidelines.
• Increase product awareness and availability across the market.
• Conduct field marketing and retail activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for business growth.
Eligibility:
✅ Graduate in any discipline
✅ 2–3 years of experience in Banking/NBFC sales, preferably Gold Loans or secured lending
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✅ Self-driven with a positive attitude and result-oriented approach
