About the Role

We are hiring a Relationship Manager who will be responsible for converting qualified leads into clients and managing assigned client relationships on an ongoing basis.

Clients will be allocated to you post onboarding, and you will remain their primary point of contact. This role combines new client acquisition through warm leads with long term relationship ownership.

The role follows a consultative and ethical approach aligned with a fee only wealth management model. This is not a cold calling or aggressive sales role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with qualified inbound leads and conduct structured discovery conversations
  • Convert prospects into clients through consultative discussions and follow ups
  • Manage and grow relationships for clients assigned to you
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients
  • Coordinate onboarding, documentation, portfolio reviews, and service requests
  • Communicate advisory processes, recommendations, and updates clearly
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for leads and assigned clients
  • Work closely with advisory, research, and operations teams
  • Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and ethical standards

Preferred Background and Qualifications
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in relationship management, client acquisition, banking, wealth management, or financial services
  • Experience converting inbound or warm leads
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working with high income professionals and HNI clients
  • CFP certification preferred
  • NISM XA and XB certification preferred
  • Strong follow through and ownership mindset
