Role Description

DWPL is expanding its wealth distribution business and looking for driven Relationship Managers to onboard retail, HNI, NRI, and corporate clients across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds & Structured Products. This individual will be required to build strong relationship with clients, offer expert financial advice, and ensure that customers receive superior service to achieve their investment objectives. The company shall also provide qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

   - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.  

   - Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and service needs.  

   - Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with clients financial goals.  

2. Sales and Business Development:

   - Identify and onboard new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.  

   - Promote mutual fund products and services, tailoring solutions to meet client-specific needs.  

   - Achieve individual and team sales targets. 

3. Financial Advisory:  

   - Assess clients financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon.  

   - Recommend suitable mutual fund schemes based on research and market trends.  

   - Provide guidance on diversification, SIPs, tax-saving funds, and other financial strategies.  

4. Market Research and Updates:

   - Stay updated on financial market trends, mutual fund products, and regulatory changes.  

   - Share insights and updates with clients to help them make informed decisions.  

5. Compliance and Reporting: 

   - Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements in mutual fund distribution.  

   - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and documentation.  

   - Prepare periodic performance reports for internal and client review.  

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  

- Strong understanding of mutual funds, financial markets, and investment strategies. 

- Proven sales and negotiation skills.  

- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable products.  

- High level of integrity and a client-first approach.  

Eligibility and Qualifications:

Education: Graduate/Masters in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration (CFP preferred).

Experience: Experience of 3-5 years in financial services, wealth management, or mutual fund distribution.  

Certifications: ARN Code holder is preferred
