Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager Wealth Management to manage and grow a portfolio of HNI/Ultra-HNI and corporate clients by offering tailored financial and investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with HNI, Ultra-HNI, and corporate clients to drive AUM and revenue growth.
- Understand clients financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to create customized wealth management strategies.
- Provide end-to-end advisory on investments, insurance, tax planning, and estate planning.
- Advise clients on portfolio structuring, asset allocation, and rebalancing based on market trends and suitability.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance updates with clients.
- Ensure 100% compliance with SEBI/RBI/IRDA regulations and internal policies.
- Acquire new HNI clients through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Maintain proper KYC, documentation, and audit-ready records.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of wealth products: MF, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Insurance, NPS
Excellent communication and client engagement skills
Market awareness and analytical ability
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce/Business
Certifications preferred: NISM VA, NISM XA/XB, IRDA
