Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to provide tailored financial solutions, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves achieving business targets, promoting company products or services, and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients. Collaboration with internal teams to coordinate solutions is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Client Retention skills
• Effective Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
• Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
• Ability to analyze and understand financial products and services
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant prior experience in relationship management, financial services, or sales is an advantage
