Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Acquire and manage a group of HNI clients through effective profiling and understanding of their investment requirements.
  • Build and deepen relationships by cross-selling financial products and services according to customer needs.
  • Ensure profitability of the portfolio by generating high income per customer.

Investment Advisory & Product Management

  • Provide investment solutions across debt products, structured products, equities, mutual funds, fund-based real estate, and other investment instruments.
  • Assist clients in achieving short-term and long-term investment goals through personalized advice.

Portfolio Analysis & Management

  • Conduct portfolio performance analysis, modeling, and management to enhance customer profitability.
  • Capture a larger share of wallet by enhancing and retaining customer profitability.

Business Development & Marketing

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to acquire new customers in the corporate space.
  • Formulate acquisition initiatives and target new HNI clients through referrals and cross-selling opportunities.
