Designation: Relationship Manager / Insurance Sales Manager

Locations: Kochi & Trivandrum

CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

Age Limit: Up to 35 Years

Experience: Minimum 1+ Year in Banking / Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive life insurance sales through the HDFC Securities channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HDFC Securities customers.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into life insurance business.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Coordinate with HDFC Securities employees to generate business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Banking or Insurance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Age should be up to 35 years.
