Hiring – Sales / Relationship Manager | Direct Sales

CTC: Up to ₹4.7 LPA

Age: Below 40 years

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore and Kochi/cochin/Ernakulam

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business through direct sales and customer acquisition.
• Handle leads, conduct customer meetings, and convert prospects.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance products.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate with relevant sales experience.
• Preferred background: Life / General / Health Insurance.
• Experience in Agency or Direct Sales preferred.
• Must have a minimum 1-year stability in the current/last company.
• 2-wheeler is mandatory.
• Must be a local candidate.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a field sales environment.

Selection Criteria

• Incentives: Minimum 3 times in the current/last year.
• Rewards & Recognition: At least 1 achievement in the current/last year.
• Stability: Minimum 1 year in the current/last company.
• Candidates without adequate stability in their current/last organization should be avoided.

Note: Candidates meeting the above criteria will be preferred.
