Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager position based in Kozhikode. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves identifying client requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services. The candidate will also be involved in market research to identify growth opportunities and provide continuous support to clients by managing queries and ensuring effective communication.
Qualifications
- Relationship management and customer service skills to develop and nurture strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in financial and business analysis, with expertise in supply chain finance or related domains being advantageous.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client concerns and facilitating solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or technology sectors is a plus.
