Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
- Manage the overall banking and investment relationship for HNI clients under the YES FIRST program
- Drive growth in liabilities and investment business by deepening existing relationships
- Maintain high service standards to exceed client expectations across the most valuable customer segment
- Identify potential within current relationships and convert into additional revenue opportunities
Business Development & Sales
- Achieve sales targets across products including liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, and investments
- Proactively cross-sell the complete suite of consumer and commercial banking products
- Drive customer acquisition and balance deepening within the assigned portfolio
Customer Engagement
- Regularly engage with mapped HNI customers to maintain portfolio quality and strengthen client relationships
- Be the primary point of contact for client service and sales satisfaction
- Promote high levels of channel and product penetration to meet customer banking needs
Investment Advisory
- Offer financial planning and investment advisory services to HNI clients
- Drive fee-based revenue through the sale of mutual funds, insurance, and other investment products
Process Adherence & Compliance
- Ensure all client interactions and sales activities are recorded digitally as per defined processes
- Conduct detailed client profiling to identify and maximize business opportunities
- Comply with internal audit standards, risk management policies, and regulatory requirements
