Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Ranchi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored financial solutions. Daily tasks include interacting with clients, providing consultation on housing or vehicle loans, facilitating the loan process, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The Role also involves maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and driving business growth through proactive client engagement.CASA , Housing Loan, insurance etc.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Sales and Negotiation skills to effectively promote financial products and services
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills to address client concerns and recommend tailored solutions
- Basic Financial Knowledge related to loans, government securities, and mutual funds
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to provide top-tier client experience
- Strong Organizational Skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge or experience in the financial or banking sector; previous work with banking or loan distribution is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
