Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Delhi, India. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing suitable solutions, identifying business growth opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve regular client follow-ups, addressing concerns, and delivering effective support for their business development.
