Key Responsibilities

• Own the deal closure process from proposal to final agreement
• Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive conversions
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tracking tools
