We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager (Tele Sales) for Health Insurance at HDFC Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers via phone, promoting our health insurance products, and building lasting relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell health insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide detailed information regarding health insurance plans, features, and benefits to clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Good analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health insurance products and regulatory requirements is a plus.
