Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, generate new business, and achieve sales targets in Surat.
Location: Surat, Gujarat
CTC: Up to 5.70 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Promote financial products and achieve sales targets.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and support business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation Mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of Sales / Field Sales experience.
- Experience in Banking / Insurance / BFSI preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a willingness to work in the field.
- Local candidates preferred.
