Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Noida. The Relationship Manager will focus on building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, generating leads, maintaining a pipeline of potential buyers and sellers, and facilitating seamless property transactions. The role requires maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, participating in client meetings, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the transaction journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills to engage effectively with clients
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client servicing with demonstrated ability to generate and close leads
  • Proficiency in market research and real estate market trends to advise clients accurately
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple accounts and transactions efficiently
  • Problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive approach in addressing client queries and challenges
  • Bachelor's & Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in real estate or proptech platforms is a plus
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment
