Job Description

Responsibilities

End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM.
Generating and conducting site visits for interested clients to relevant properties.
Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures.
Achieving a target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.

Requirements

A graduate from any discipline is preferred. 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
Proficient in both Hindi & English, and local language is an advantage.
MS Office, Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills.
Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and confidence.
