Role Description As a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager based in New Delhi, you will support customers throughout their vehicle buying journey, ensuring a personalized and hassle-free experience. Your responsibilities will include establishing strong relationships, understanding customer requirements, providing tailored solutions, and assisting them in making informed decisions. You will also focus on handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
